Fretboard: Maple or Rosewood with 22 medium-jumbo frets.
Pickups: Standard Alnico V single-coils (later factory-equipped with Custom Shop Fat '50s pickups).
Electronics: 5-way pickup selector, Master Volume, Tone 1 (Neck pickup), and Tone 2 (Middle/Bridge pickups with a "No-Load" tone pot that bypasses the tone circuit at 10 for maximum output).Hardware: Staggered tuning machines (which eliminate the need for string trees) and a 2-point synchronized tremolo.
